We are a reputable promotional products manufacturing company looking for Customer Service
Representatives / In-House Sales Agents. Must be flexible with types of work and must have legal working status.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: tending to customers over multiple
mediums (phone, fax, email, in person), order processing, shipping processing, invoicing,
misc office duties, responding to requests, and working with peers and superiors.
Must be VERY organized and detail oriented. Fluent English required, Spanish and/or Mandarin is a
plus.

No experience required, willing to train as long as you are willing to learn.
All you need need is to be ambitious, have a good personality, and have a “no quitting” attitude.
We bring customers to you; you just need to learn how to finish the sale.
