CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (San Fernando Valley )

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
     
     
    Assists in the routing of incoming leads, walk-ins and file maintenance for existing clients of Auto, Home and Commercial Insurance Policies.
      
    Assists in the prospecting for new business using marketing material provided by company.
      
    Assists existing clients with changes to policies, accepting customer payments and providing outstanding customer service.
     
     
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
     
    Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for employment:
      
    - FSC Knowledge a PLUS
     
    - Hawksoft Knowledge a PLUS
     
    - 2 Years + Experience in the Insurance Industry Preferred (1 year minimum)
     
    - Personal Lines or Fire & Casualty License Preferred
     
    - Bilingual English & Spanish (REQUIRED). SPANISH IS REQUIRED.
     

     
    COMPENSATION:
     
     
    Potential of earning up to $50k per year! Competetive Base Salary Based on Experience.
