WHAT WE NEED:

• A part-time customer service representative available to work 8 hour shifts on Saturday’s & Sunday’s between the hours of 8:30am & 5pm

• Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working unsupervised on weekends once training has ended.
• Available for part-time training during the week as well as weekends

• Able to process internet orders, respond to customer service emails, answer customer questions & inquiries over the phone, process returns, engage in live chat with customers.
• Someone who has patience and a comfort level with speaking about adult related products in a respectful way.
• Someone who is naturally organized.
• Available to work Monday- Friday between the hours of 4pm to 12:00am or 12:00am- 8:00am Monday thru Fridays.
• Able to start within 2 weeks of offering position or sooner.
• Punctual and dependable.
• This position reports to our Customer Service Supervisor & Manager.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Computer experience: includes navigating email, internet and basic software programs such as Word & Excel.
• Accurate typing.
• Fluent in English, with both excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Clear speaking voice and positive phone etiquette.
• Able and willing to consistently and exactly follow detailed, multi-step procedures.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, prioritize and make good judgments.
• Positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
• Good interpersonal relations.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• Availability to start within 2 weeks of job offer.

Salary: USD 11.00/ hr. DOE
