About the Company:
We are an Ecommerce retail company that operates several Ecommerce websites, each with their own specific product line. Customer service representative will be chosen to support our website(s) selling specialty tools.
Job Description:
We are seeking a sharp, organized, computer and internet savvy individual with a passion for customer satisfaction to join our customer support team. An individual with a can-do, "make it happen" attitude that craves customer interaction is a must.
Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, take orders and develop sales leads
-Give general product information and recommendations. You will be required to learn all about our specialty tool product line.
-Answer generic inquiry emails.
-Pack and ship orders
-Track orders, general admin tasks, etc.
Qualifications:
-Excellent computer skills in the following programs are required: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
-Experience in customer service, telemarketing, business development, inside sales, and telephone marketing is a plus (but not required).
-The motivation to work hard and be successful is essential.
Location: Brea, CA 92821
Operation Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
