Mellady Direct Marketing is looking for a talented, motivated and outgoing customer service representative. The candidate must have printing and direct mail experience, be detail oriented and able to multi-task. This position reports to the Operations Manager and is full time in the Santa Clarita Valey with benefits. Candidate must be able to work a regular shift and overtime as needed. Duties and Responsibilities include: Receive inbound calls from existing customers and potential new customers, provide a descritpion of available products/services. Prepare etimates and explicit work order instructions based on customer specifications. Provide support for potential and existing customers via phone and email, acts as the customer contact for company once an order is received. Maintain necesary documentation throughout the process of a job for proper billng and future reference. Support the sales and marketing people with information on job status. Coordinate design, print and mail phases with internal production and vendors, negotiate and communicate schedules and changes to assure commitments are met. Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of the graphics, printing and direct mail industry is a must. 5 years plus of customer service experience in printing and direct mail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-take. College degree preferred.
