Required job skills:
Knowledge of freight handling processes
Prepare quotes
Quote follow-ups
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Handle and resolve customer issues
Prepare and forward order acknowledgements
Application proficiency:

Microsoft Office–Word, Excel
Familiarity with CRM systems–Goldmine, Quote Werks a plus.
Candidate must be a self-starter and multi-tasker with the capacity to learn and understand electrical and mechanical products.
