The Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy is looking for a DECK SUPERVISOR for their Miracle Mile facility at Olympic and Fairfax. If you have a friendly, outgoing personality and like assisting people in a fun environment this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our indoor facility operates year round and provides excellent swim instruction to students of all ages. We offer private and group lessons with the majority of students between the ages of 3-8 years, we also offer parent-tot lessons for infants, and adult lessons. We are looking for a reliable, responsible individual who is self motivated and capable of taking the initiative to handle a variety of responsibilities, which may include:

Keep the pool deck clean and tidy and maintain a safe environment.
Assist as needed setting up/cleaning up the deck at the beginning and end of the day.
Check pool chemicals, vacuum pools, clean up after ‘accidents’.
Assisting clients with identifying and locating their instructor.
Provide support to instructors, office staff and management as needed, relay messages, get questions answered, deal with schedule conflicts etc.
Know where staff are at all times.
Maintain a polite, friendly demeanor at all times
Report problems to management.

This is a LONG TERM, PART TIME position, 12 – 15 hours per week. Hours are weekday afternoons 2:30 – 7 pm, Saturday 8:30 – 2 pm and Sunday 8 – 1. At least one weekend day is required plus 2 afternoons,
