Decorative concrete specialist wanted, plasterers with experience in Venetian plasters, faux finisher/ artisan and surface preparation of all kinds. We do many different things and have been around for 8 years. Our main area is decorative concrete, which includes staining, overlays, epoxies and countertops. We also do decorative painting and italian plastering to name a few mediums.

Decorative concrete specialists requirements:
1. Experience in hand troweling overlays and micro toppings.
2. Experience in sealing with airless, pump sprayers and roller.
3. knowledege of mixing proper water ratios, colorant and other additives competently.
4. Knowledge of proper surface preparation and cleaning.
5. Willingness to learn our specific methods if already full journeyman.
6. Must have a truck and be willing to transport materials from jobsite to shop and back if necessary. Also must be able to pick up materials at will calls.

Decorative painter and plasterers:

1. Knowledge of mixing color and glazes into different mediums.
2. Ability to color match any given sample or paint by eye.
3. Familiar with primers, paints, thinners and cleaners.
4. Must be able to finish finely with sealers and sprayer. Includes being skilled in staining with an hvlp, airbrush and airless.
5. Knowledege of masking and protecting adjacent areas is a must. Basic paint skills goes without saying.

Every applicant must:
1. Have general acceptable appearance and cleanliness. A company t shirt and jeans with work shoes is required.
2. Have worksite, construction site and interior private residence job site manners.
3. Have flexible hours and a willingness to learn.
4. Be somewhat independent and able fill any slow times with their own source of work. This rarely happens but our occupation is somewhat seasonal.
5. Be able to work with the company in a flexible open minded manner, we ask everyone wether experienced or new to perform all the tasks of the job.
6. Problem solve, and continually ask for assistance when he or she does not have full confidence in procedures.
7. Pass a one-two day orientation prior to being hired. ( not compensated)

• Location: Downtown Los Angeles
• Compensation: $12-$25 per hour. Weekly and bi-weekly are currently being evaluated.
