Looking for the perfect candidate with the right amount of digital engagement and analytical experience to join and contribute to a very enthusiastic team in a growing cutting edge company, Nitto Tires. Must be a team player, a sharp individual, with at least 3-4 years’ experience in a position which requires them to think for themselves and make logistically correct decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferable in Business or Economics.

This position serves both the marketing and the technical department by analyzing online and offline performance data and database information to increase ROI. A primary function of this position is providing strategic direction and performance forecasting to the marketing and technical teams to help improve and optimize performance stats. This position hones in on data and research to uncover opportunities and weaknesses to online and offline customer engagement and list data usage. This position will ensure statistical validity of tests and analyzes, interprets, and reports assessments to managers.

Through data mining customer and transactional data files, this person would contribute to grow market penetration and business development, by developing and growing efficient and effective analytical processes

Stable work history and previous supervisor references required. Ability to be a leader preferred.
