    Position Summary

    Experienced Direct Marketing Business Development/Hunters (Inside Sales) As a Director you will be directly accountable for building our database of leads from the bottom the up and selling data & data enrichment solutions to both existing and new business accounts nationally.

    Candidates must have a track-record of success with new business development in a consultative sales environment that includes prospecting (including cold calling), proposal preparation, follow-up and sales closing techniques and have sold data & data enrichment solutions. This position requires an aggressive pursuit of new clients which requires strong phone skills and an unsurpassed level of commitment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of the marketing database that includes leads, contacts, opportunities, accounts, dashboards and reporting.
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lists for integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
    • Continually refine the database by mining the data for valuable insights.
    • Provide clear visibility and segmentation of target companies and prospects.
    • Manage database list acquisition, cleansing and augmentation strategies.
    • Proactively work with third party vendors for data, database, telemarketing and lead generation.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and direct marketing programs.
    • Manage and execute lead generation campaigns.
    • Create and produce analytics and reports for all marketing campaigns and initiatives to include ROI and conversion rates.
    • Develop detailed dashboards and KPI’s.
    • Develop database automation to support the lead nurturing strategy, process and implementation.
    • Build our inside Sales team from the ground up!

    Professional Qualifications:

    • 5+ Years B2B database marketing experience (in the technology space, preferred).
    • In-depth knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com a must.
    • Experience working with marketing automation systems a big plus.
    • Proven success in developing, managing and executing lead generation campaigns and direct marketing programs.
    • Highly organized and analytical; good combination of strategic and tactical execution skill sets.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Access.
    • Results driven; does what it takes to get the job done and naturally goes the extra mile.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment as well as adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project time-frames.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time with minimal supervision.
    • Outstanding verbal/written communication, presentation, organizational and teamwork skills are a must.
