A successful well established independent reprographics and digital document management company is expanding its operations in the Los Angeles area.
Position Profile
This employee assists the manager of our Digital Document Management Department. You will work with our architectural, construction and engineering clients to organize, index, update and distribute their project documents. This position has a moderate amount of direct client interface.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist the department manager with the organization of our clients project documents.
• Utilize the company’s digital document management software to process documents.
• Meet quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices.
• Handle formal contact with clients on a daily basis.
• Assist with scanning, printing and distribution of physical documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned management.
Qualifications
We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude a high degree of integrity, strong work ethic and the following experience and skills.
• Requires experience in document management and document management software.
• Requires exceptional attention to detail.
• Must have very good computer skills.
• Requires high school diploma or GED and experience in a related field. (Experience in A.E.C. a plus)
