Event Interns Needed for Winter/Spring Award Season! Only 2 available spots!

GBK Productions LLC is looking for interns who are eager to learn the different aspects of the events world.

Tasks:

-Brain storming ideas for upcoming events
-Assisting with outreach to potential partners
-Organizing event material
-Running miscellaneous event errands, which could include going to Fabric/Flower District
-Complying post-event press
-Researching items for events
-Finding sponsorships for charity events
-Assisting with pre-production and office errands
-Organizing event post-production items (photos, media hits, etc)

This is a non-paid internship. Course credit is also available.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION – REIMBURSED $25/WEEK
Must be dedicated
Must be eager to learn
Self-starter/ Go Getter
Detail oriented
Self-sufficient
Must have Photoshop/ Picture editing skills
Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday 9-5 or 10-6
Availability to assist day of events with picture editing
