Busy and expanding Multi-jurisdictional Criminal Defense law firm with headquarters in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a talented, confident and aggressive Criminal Defense Attorney who is passionate about criminal defense and defending individuals constitutional rights. Should have a positive, upbeat, outgoing and friendly attitude. Able to work well with others. Can be both a leader and a follower and is able to take direction well.

To be considered for this rewarding and challenging opportunity you must possess:

1. Significant criminal Trial experience in State and Federal Court (7 + years);

2. Management or supervisory experience a plus;

3. Outstanding client contact and communication skills;

4. Must be willing to travel; (Travel may be extensive)

5. Excellent case management skills; and

6. Ability to analyze complex legal issues with the ability to communicate precisely & persuasively.

Appeal/Post-conviction motion experience +.
