We are DRE Licensed house that are funding conventioanal, FHA, VA, ACCESS, Calpers, Homepath, stated income (W-2 and self-employed), Jumbo, and HELOC residential mortgage loans. We are sponsors with over 15 direct lenders with great relationships already established. We have a professional in-house processor.

You will be able to do commercial Loans such as Multi-residential, Retail, Industrial, Bridge financing. We have direct investors for Commercial and Residential Private Money/ Hard Money as well.

We offer hot leads, no desk fees, and a competative compensation package. The principal of the company has over 30 years of experience in real estate and finance arena. you must have DRE License and NMLS endorsement with minimum of two years experience in finance business.
