A Professional Law Corporation in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is seeking a loan modification processor for our firms’ loss mitigation division with lender experience.
 
A position for a highly experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented senior loss mitigation processor.
 

 
The ideal candidate should have:
 
-Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field (Loss Mitigation; Foreclosure/Bankruptcy; Loan Modification).
 
-Experience in the mortgage/lending field.
 
-Must have an overall knowledge of Mortgage Loan Servicing and Loan Modification Processes
 
-Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, hectic environment.
 
-Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision while meeting department performance measures.
 
-Possess a high level of attention to detail, organizational, and thorough follow up skills.
 
-Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills such as understanding, influencing, assessing, and providing customer service practices.
 
-Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word and Excel and general office equipment: fax, printer, copier, business telephones, etc.
 
-Professional attitude and attire.
 
-Good research, analysis, and problem solving skills.
 
-Bilingual or Spanish speaking is a plus.
