Manager position available immediately for 2 small buildings in the San Fernando Valley. We require someone with a minimum of 2 years management experience. Must have experience coordinating property renovations, rent stabilization and transitioning below market rents. Must also have a proven track record of closing prospects. This exciting position would require you to work full time, 5 days a week. Schedule undetermined but will include weekends. The manager position would involve leasing the units, collecting rents, negotiating work with vendors and resident relations. Must be a strong individual with the ability to coordinate a full rehab in a rent stabilization building. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, V-Fliers, and other marketing web sites is a plus.
