I am looking for a well rounded Real Estate Assistant, preferrably licensed but not required, to be my right hand. Very high energy, strong personalities in this office so you need to be able to work well under pressure.

Here are the requirements:
- Must know how to use the MLS, including listing properties, pending, etc.
- Must be organized, you NEED to be able to keep me organized along with yourself…
- Transaction Coordination Experience, must know real estate forms such as purchase contracts, listing contracts, etc.
- Must not be addicted to Social Media and be on Facebook while at work
- Attention to detail, I will be looking for people who follow the directions on this post. Great Follow up skills are a must!
- Upbeat personality, we will be able to tell in our interview if you are a match.
- Punctuality, you need to always be on time and be sure to show up to work.

Here are the additional qualifications that will set you apart and make us want to call you so please let us know in your cover letter that you have them:
- Previous REO experience and/or Short Sale Experience
- Property Preservation Experience
- Real Estate License
- Can complete a BPO
- Speaks Spanish
- Experience with marketing such as cold calling, door knocking, making flyers, etc.
