    Job Descriptions:
    Role and Responsibilities
     Direct supervision and overseeing of approximately 10 employees
     Ability to effectively estimate and write-up a quote
     Capable of traveling and staying in hotels when necessary. Field travel 2-3 days weekly average with overnight trips as necessary. Includes Out-Of-State Travel
     Ability to set and stick to an effective budget
     Capable of generating reports on visits and positioning additional work beyond maintenance scope. A separate list should also be produced during visit to be given to maintenance techs for job duties
     Must be comfortable working directly with customers to assign goals and set deadlines for technicians and other departments
     Capable of learning in’s and out’s of maintenance schedule and stepping in to complete maintenance to cover vacations, etc
     Assist in training of new employees in paperwork and reporting expectations
     Ability to review, assess and report back to customer on issues employees report back
     Ability to audit technician’s daily paperwork and filter the errata effectively.
     Willing to take and respond to emergencies as needed; may require weekend / night work
     Able to effectively interact with vendors and suppliers.. including setting costs, locating parts, ordering, etc
     Assist with inventorying and monitoring parts usage; report back unusual findings and concerns
     Able to send professional emails to customers to announce findings, inspections schedules, etc
     Able to review and assist employees and work with division manager on performance management
     Bi-weekly performance reports and meetings with division manager
     Ability to build a team
     Ability to take a part of the division and effectively run it. Once running, effectively take another part and run it.

    Pay Scale
     Salary Position
    o Pay set depending on experience and qualifications

    Uniform Attire
     Monday — Thursday: Slacks (Khaki / Black), Company Polo shirt or button up, closed toe dress shoes
     Friday — Jeans (no holes, frays, and form fitting), Company polo or button up, tennis shoes

    Company Issued Items:
     Company Vehicle (Vehicle will be issued upon successful completion of 90 day probationary period)
     Gas Card (To be issued once company vehicle has been assigned)
     Home Depot Credit Card
     Company Laptop
     Company Cell Phone
     Company Digital Camera

    Qualifications and Education Requirements
     Clean driving record
     Reliable Transportation
     Familiarity with the following: Outlook, Word, Power point, Excel, Google Docs
     Self Starter and Reliable

     MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Please do not respond to application unless the following requirements are met and can be documented
    i. Minimum 5 years experience managing a crew of 10 + employees
    ii. Must have experience doing general handyman and light electrical work
    iii. Ability to mesh with current team members to effectively build and run a team
    iv. Must have minor estimating experience
