Part-time Contract </p>
<p>Summary: Contract Graphic Design Production Coordinator needed for Sports Marketing Company. Project based, $16 &#8211; $18 per hour. Occasional meetings to review projects &#8212; work from home. We do six major events per year (March, April, June, August, September, and October) when there is an intense amount of work for a couple of weeks and a push for meeting deadlines. The rest of the months are as needed. Must be available during event week (evenings &#8212; great!) for last minute requests. The ideal candidate would have 2-4 years graphite design coordination experience with a good eye for detail and a desire to make some extra money and build portfolio with globally recognized brands.   </p>
<p>Designer / Production Coordinator will create / update all collateral materials for Sports Marketing Events. This includes sponsorship proposals, event programs, invitations, signage, banners, website, auction materials, raffle tickets, etc. . . Manage print jobs and deadlines with printing vendors.</p>
<p>Must Be: DETAIL ORIENTED with the ability to review your own work to ensure dates, logos, font branding for major corporate sponsors and charities with specific brand guidelines, coloring  etc. . . are correct and to specification. </p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
2+ Years experience graphic design coordination<br />
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills a MUST<br />
Ability to maintain quality work when working under tight deadlines<br />
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment<br />
Excellent communication skills, time management, organization and ATTENTION TO DETAIL<br />
Website interface designs: strong graphic design sense, strong skills of website and graphic software&#8217;s (Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS skills a PLUS).<br />
Experience with quoting and managing print jobs as well as working with printers.</p>

<p>Answering phone calls, replying to emails and corresponding with customers online via our Live Chat systems and may include looking over returned items for defects or testing our products before shipping (will be trained to do so). Will be identifying customer needs, explain, promote and sell various products and services in a way that builds customer loyalty through courtesy, knowledge and friendliness. </p>
<p>
Job Requirement:</p>
<p>Able to speak/understand Chinese or Spanish and MUST Fluent in English</p>
<p>18 years of age or older</p>
<p>High School Diploma or GED Required</p>
<p>Minimum 1 year customer service experience with emphasis on sales</p>
<p>Must be able to provide information fluently and accurately in writing and speech</p>
<p>Fast learner, hard working, well organized and self-motivated</p>
<p>Positive attitude, dynamic personality, good work ethic</p>
<p>Keyboarding skills (50 words+ per minute)</p>
<p>Arrive punctually on time on a daily basis</p>
<p>Proof / documentation of eligibility to work in the US</p>
<p>Successfully pass a background screening and our Customer Service Questionnaire Assessment</p>

<p>We seek to fill the position of Sales Assistant. We are looking for a career minded individual. There is a good opportunity for advancement.  This is a hybrid position that will require the handling of written proposals, internet research, and special projects working with clients, internal staff and linguists. We require a person who has very strong written skills, computer and organizational skills.  a customer service attitude and who is adaptable for a multitude of roles. A background in proposal writing would be very helpful.  They need to have very good computer and typing skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. We seek a team player with an upbeat positive attitude. Person needs to able to multi task and prioritize effectively. Training will be provided. We require a person who has a minimum of 2+ years of experience as an office assistant, sale assistant or customer service. We would prefer a person with a degree, but would consider other strong candidates without it.</p>
<p>We seek a person who has flexibility, likes challenges, catches on fast, who wants to learn and develop their sales skills. The position is a hybrid one and entails working as an assistant in the sales department as well as a handling proposals, client requests and client quotes and proposals. The position will utilize ACT, QuickBooks Pro and Outlook. Training will be given on these programs as needed. Hours are full time and there will be occasional overtime required as the day to day operations dictate.</p>
