Enjoy being on the road, but want a job with a purpose? Our enterprising consulting services firm seeks an energetic Field Interviewer to join our dynamic Operations team.
 

 
You will be traveling all around Southern California from Santa Barbara to Palm Springs to interview construction workers.
 

 
Requirements:
 

 
- Must own a reliable car
 
- Have current driver’s license and insurance
 
- Clean driving record
 
- Own a current Thomas Guide or GPS system
 
- Must be bilingual, Spanish and English (speak, read, write)
 
- Motivated worker
 
- Attention to detail
 
- Dependable, team player
 
- Honest
 
- Pass background and credit check as well as random drug testing
 
- 4-year degree
 

 
We are a labor compliance firm looking for someone who is a good worker to travel to different construction sites to interview construction workers to ensure they are being paid sufficiently. Correlative paperwork and due diligence will be part of day-to-day duties.
