TITLE: Fire Protection System Designer / Drafter 
 
Overview: 
Radix Fire Protection, Inc. based in Los Angeles is a fast growing company. We design and install fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. We currently have opening for ACAD Designer / Drafter Trainee. Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace multi-task office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual considering a career in fire protection. 
 
Duties:  
Main duties will include but not limited to: perform job survey, system design, hydraulic calculation, close-out document submittal, material take-off, and attend project meetings. 
 
Qualifications:  
Applicant must have at least 2 years experience in ACAD. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding work ethic, and be a self starter. Show proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Must have California valid driver’s license. Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Works well under tight deadlines and able to multi-take effectively. Must be able to work well as a team member.
