    I’m a Personal Trainer looking to find an intern/personal trainer to help me train my current and new clients as well as Athletic Training Group of 10 women. I would like to find a certified trainer/coach who has a background in athletics (past or current athlete) for me to teach my training system. I train the everyday mom and dad like an athlete. I am currently at my capacity for training/coaching and have more potential clients that are looking to sign up with me and I therefore need a responsible, dynamic, honest personal trainer.

    1. Are you willing to learn a training system that will be used with the clients you are training? 90% of my clients want to lean out and look good, in order to do so I have created a training system that requires a heart rate monitor and designing a workout that burns a predetermined amount of calories for each client. You will have to learn how to use a HRM (I will teach you) and follow my system for training clients, you can use your knowledge to design the workouts as long as it falls within the system. Are you cool with that?
     

     
    2. Rate of pay and hours needed. You will be starting at the beginning of a company’s growth opportunity, this is a part time position for now. I need you Monday-Saturday with the availability from 6:00am – 12:00pm, the amount of hours each day could be 0 – 5 depending on the day and week. Overall I’m looking at an average of 10 hours per week starting in September. 10 hours per week is approximately 40 hours per month, I will pay a monthly fee/salary dependent on your experience and abilities for 10 hours per week / 40 hours per month. The monthly fee/salary will be approximately $45-$50 per session for now. Call this a probationary period, over time I will increase this pay scale as the hours increase and your performance is in good standing.
     

     
    There is more to discuss regarding this opportunity but for now I wanted to convey this initial arrangement and see who is still interested. Perfect candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, has a healthy lifestyle, a great personality, a positive attitude, can work mornings, willing to be part of a great team, has reliable transportation, and always punctual regardless of the LA traffic.

This opportunity is an ideal fit for recent college grads with fitness backgrounds who are willing to learn. To start it will be part time 6-10 hours a week.
     

     
    After I receive your resume & cover letter if you seem to be what I am looking for the next step will be a phone interview. After the phone interview I will narrow the search down to 2 people and we will meet for a workout that I will take you through and then a workout I want you to design and take one of my clients through. I will then select my potential new personal trainer to come with me to meet some of my clients and shadow some of our sessions. My clients need to approve of you as well. Also, you will want to see who these people are and determine if the position is right for you.
