You:
You have a passion for creating Flash/Flex web apps, are self-motivated, and enjoy working in a user-focused, highly intelligent, entrepreneurial environment. You must have experience with Flex/ActionScript development, be OCD about testing & refactoring, and bring superior programming skills.

Required:

• Excellent ActionScript 2/3 and Flex 2/3 Skills (3+ years of programming experience.)
• Experience with OOP/Design Patterns/Modular Software Design

Preferred:

• Experience with Actionscript 3 or Flex 3 in a production environment
• Experience with a drawing or vector graphics app
• Experience with image processing
• Experience with Flash Remoting/AMF
• Experience with any of the AS3 frameworks such PureMVC, Cairngorm or Mate
• Experience with the Adobe Flex Builder environment
• An eye for UI/UX design
