We are looking for an experienced User-Interface Developer to join our entrepreneurial team.

Responsibilities
o Build web user-interfaces for enterprise systems
o Explore new user-interface technologies for data presentation and analysis
o Work on Intranet and Internet applications
o Advocate design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability
o Work closely with back-end developers
o Collaborate with all aspects of development
o Follow and help establish coding standards

Qualifications
o Strong Web development skills in ASP.NET, JSP, JavaScript, DHTML (HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS), and XML
o Adept in CSS/CSS3
o AJAX techniques and technologies
o Expertise in Flash/Flex and ActionScript a plus
o Experience in iOS development a plus
o At least 2 years professional experience developing software UI interfaces
o Worked closely with both software engineers and product managers
o Bachelor’s degree and three years Web development experience or equivalent.
o Strong Web application design skills, including information architecture, interface design, and visual design
o Excellent task management skills; self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly dynamic environment
o Excellent communication skills; able to facilitate your own meetings as necessary, comfortable working with all levels of the organization
