Front Office Manager- Hotel Angeleno (Brentwood/Westwood)

  • We are currently looking for a results driven Front Office Manager for the Hotel Angeleno who has previous hotel experience. The ideal Front Office Manager will be a reflection of Hotel Angeleno and the West Restaurant and Lounge with an energetic personality, can exercise leadership in changing situations, and have an enthusiasm about the Joie de Vivre’s brand and culture.

    Position Profile:

    Manage the Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Hosts, Bell Staff, Reservations, PBX Operators, Night Auditors, and Courtesy Car Drivers
    Responsible for ensuring courteous, professional guest service by front office staff consistent with company’s service standards
    Requirements:

    3 years minimum Front Office supervisory/management experience
    Support and comply with all company brand standards, including Joy of Life Club
    Conduct monthly front office meeting
    Coordinate and manage group arrivals/departures
    Ability to understand and implement cost controls
    Ability to work a variety of varying schedules
    Creatively and Effectively grow customer service scores
    Develop team spirit within the department
