Full Charge Bookkeeper $20-28hr
m-f 9-3pm 32 hour work week!
TeamOne is a small locally owned staffing company that has been in business for 27 years. We are currently in need of a full charge bookkeeper who will also handle a/r and a/p. 1.5 person department, you will manage a part time accounting and payroll clerk. Located in Encino, this small business offers the right person a nice environment, no politics, no bureaucracy. You must have direct experience handling multiple sets of books as the president owns numerous homes and a business in Belgium for you to audit and control (Belgium has a full bookkeeping department of its own). Casual environment, casual dress, just be professional, reliable, stable. We are fully automated and contemporary in IT.
As a temp agency we create temp paychecks weekly via special software and support technology. Must be solid at security and control via reconciliation. Full background check will be required and bonding.
