Immediate opening: Full Time Medical Assistant / Ultrasound Tech
Location: Santa Monica/Venice

High-end customer service oriented healthcare center seeks a highly motivated individual to assist our office staff.

Duties will consist of but not limited to:

• checking in patients
• Ultrasound certification
• performing vitals/blood draws/other specialized testing
• setting up/pulling/filing patient charts
• medication refills, faxing
• cleaning exam rooms
• gynecology experience is preferred
• assist other staff as needed with any other duties

Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication as you will be the liaison between the patients and our 5 practioners. This may also include calling/emailing patients. Multi-tasking is essential as well as the ability to be conscientious and diligent with following up on all assigned duties.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Benefits available after 90 days.
