Full Time Receptionist (Beverly Hills)

  • We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to work for high end clients at a very growing Spa Salon in Beverly Hills. The Spa Salon has about 2 full time and 3 part time employees.

    The primary responsibilities currently required are:
    -Answer phones, schedule appointments and take messages
    -Greet visitors and/or clients
    -Making phone call to confirm client’s appointment
    -Email Technicians their daily schedule appointment
    -Prepare clients’ records for Technicians before clients arrive
    -Order supplies on a regular basis for technicians and shop
    -Maintain neatness of office including the reception area, technician’s work room, and storage closet
    -Sanitize Technician’s tool daily
    -Be able to perform basic clerical task such as entering clients’ information into computer system
    -Be able to work independently at times.
    -When the phone call volume is not busy, during your spare time you must perform other administrative support functions and duties as assigned by the owner.

    Receptionist work days and hours:
    -Monday to Friday. From 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch)
    -First month training starting at $13/hr, and second month increase to $15/hr
    -Temp to Hire
