Full Time Receptionist (Beverly Hills)

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to work for high end clients at a very growing Spa Salon in Beverly Hills. The Spa Salon has about 2 full time and 3 part time employees.
The primary responsibilities currently required are:
-Answer phones, schedule appointments and take messages
-Greet visitors and/or clients
-Making phone call to confirm client’s appointment
-Email Technicians their daily schedule appointment
-Prepare clients’ records for Technicians before clients arrive
-Order supplies on a regular basis for technicians and shop
-Maintain neatness of office including the reception area, technician’s work room, and storage closet
-Sanitize Technician’s tool daily
-Be able to perform basic clerical task such as entering clients’ information into computer system
-Be able to work independently at times.
-When the phone call volume is not busy, during your spare time you must perform other administrative support functions and duties as assigned by the owner.Receptionist work days and hours:
-Monday to Friday. From 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch)
-First month training starting at $13/hr, and second month increase to $15/hr
