*Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
-Coordinate shipping with freight forwarders
-Track shipments and provide updates of arrival
-Bill files and process payments from vendors, clients and customers
-Assist warehouse with receiving freight, following proper security and TSA procedures
-Receive clearance and arrange delivery of import freight

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of Shipping experience. More extensive experience will be a plus.
-Great Communication skill in English, Spanish is a big plus
-Must be proficient in Computer skills: Word, Excel
-Team Oriented, detail oriented, and fast learner
