Software Engineer – Irvine

As a general Software Engineer in Irvine, you will work on one or more of the diverse projects listed above. Qualifications include:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
• 8 years of relevant work experience, including large systems software design and development experience, with extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10 years relevant work experience, including programming experience in C/C++ and/or Java with strong OO skills.
• A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Coding skills in Python or Javascript/AJAX, database design and SQL, and/or knowledge of TCP/IP and network programming.
• Native fluency in multiple languages.

Software Engineer in Test – Irvine

As a Software Engineer in Test on our Irvine test engineering team, you will examine, validate, and test large scale software development and deployment projects as well as help design and build intelligent systems that can explore various use cases and scenarios. Qualifications include:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or similar field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
• 1 years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent coding skill in C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Good scripting skills in at least one common language (Python, Perl, Shell).
• Highly proficient in a Unix/Linux environment.
• Deep knowledge of internet technologies.
