Salary Wages: $9.00 / hour salary increases based upon ability, performance and individual initiative.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified grounds keeper who enjoys working outdoors in a fast pace, dynamic environment. The primary location for this position is Los Angeles. This position will require travel (10 %+) and overtime.

Under immediate supervision, performs a variety of routine facilities/grounds keeping and landscaping work. Will assist in maintenance service and performing minor repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine or vehicle servicing. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Does other work as required.

Duties (include but not limited to):

- Manual sweeping, pick up trash, clean truck fluid spills & remove excess dirt.

- Pressure washing.

- Cleaning all interior and exterior signs.

- Assists with installation, repair and replacement of signs.

- Landscape maintenance.

- Check facility drainage.

- Relocating & pinning of k-rail.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Decision Making, Initiative, Basic Safety, Equipment Maintenance, Thoroughness, Independence, Results Driven, Verbal Communication, Customer Service.

- Ability to read and write English at a level required for successful job performance.

- Must have valid class C driver license. Driving record must be in good standing.

- Must submit to and pass a customer mandated background check.
