moment we are especially looking for people with the following skills:

 

Solar Sales and Design

Industry experience in this position is preferred. Training will be provided to
the right candidate (s). We follow a regiment of customer service. You will be
responsible to know every aspect of the Solar Photo Voltaic installation and



 financial
and technical solutions.
You will duplicate your success into new business via referrals.




We also install and market Solar Pool Heating in conjunction to our Solar PV
line. Being properly prepared, punctual, considerate and determined will lead to
success with our organization. This is a field position with office work
required.

Office Administration

Your duties will include customer service, rebate processing, accounting,  and scheduling. Experience in the
construction field or previous work within the Solar industry is desired.
Ability to take responsibility for your tasks through completion is a must. This
is a full time position at our office in El Segundo, CA.

 

Conduit installation and wire pulling

We would like someone who can look at simple plans or after a short discussion
of conduit runs, get the conduit installed and (with help of course) get the
wire pulled. We primarily run 3/4″ and 1″ EMT and Flex, but occasionally PVC and
Rigid as well and occasionally larger conduit. This position should be filled by
someone who is proficient at bending EMT. This is a field position. $20/hr+ doe.

 

Standoff/Footing installation (roofing experience)

We are looking for someone who will specialize in installing standoffs, flashing
and

sealing on roofs. This person should be able to correctly locate where standoffs
should

be placed given the plans and finding the rafters. Care needs to be given that
all

standoffs are installed properly, without stripping or splitting rafters, and
without causing

leaks. This is a field position. $16/hr+ doe.

 

Appointment Department

Good phone etiquette and customer service skills are demanded of this
department. Our customer comes first, last and in between. Our philosophy is we
are only as good as our last customer’s experience so we make each customer
experience a great one. Your duties will be to contact existing customers
regarding their projects, schedule appointments, receive incoming and place
outgoing calls. We do not operate “Boiler Room” mentality as practiced by our
competitors. You will enjoy the work environment and the people you work with.
This is an office position.

 

General requirements

Proximity to the South Bay would be good, but not necessary. We work throughout
Los

Angeles and Orange counties.

A valid driver’s license, insurance, a good driving record and reliable
transportation are required for field positions.

Being given an address anywhere in the region and being able to get there on
time is a critical skill as you may be changing work sites sometimes as often as
every day.

Everyone who works in the field should be able to work on roofs which are
sometimes steep, often very hot and occasionally cold.

You should be able to work from and go up and down ladders and scaffolds.

Some positions require lifting and carrying of heavy weights.

The proper and safe use of hand tools and power tools is required.

Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Each position listed is a W-2 position.
