Patient Care Coordinators are needed for our growing medical practice. We are multi-specialty which means our Patient Care Coordinators can specialize in weight loss/bariatric procedures, plastic surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology, and podiatry.

The Patient Care Coordinators’ role is to inspire and motivate each patient through a life changing experience. Patient Care Coordinators guide patients through the process of decision making, insurance approval and scheduling. Patients are driven to the office by our marketing team or referrals. No hard sales and no cold calling are required to be successful.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years consultative sales
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Dedication to patient follow-up and care
Experience with a deadline driven organization
Must be able to work independently and keep accurate and detailed records
Polished customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Please be available to work every Saturday. This is the day when you will have the greatest volume of patients.
Bi-monthly Patient Care Coordinator Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings.
