We are looking for a Help Desk/Junior System Administrator who can multitask efficiently and be responsive to rapidly changing task priorities endemic to a production studio.
Responsibilities include:

*Service help desk requests for MacOS, Microsoft Windows 7, iOS, MS Office and other software, email, printers, and IP phones.

*Manage Google Apps email

*Active Directory user management

*Fix desktop computers

*Help research new solutions

Requirements:

*Must possess a strong background in Mac, Windows, and iOS OS’ and Office software

*Must have excellent computer skills, attention to detail, good organizational, and communication skills.

*3+ years of training, helpdesk, and troubleshooting experience is desirable.

*Good relations skills and ability to teach.

*Must be professional in appearance and performance, have a high aptitude, a willingness to learn, and capable of creative problem solving.

Desired:

*Linux cloud server admin experience

*Network administration experience

*CompTIA A+ and MCSE or MCSA is desired. CompTIA Network+, Security+ is a plus.
