An Admissions Representative facilitates admissions recruitment and enrollment for the college. This position requires heavy outbound call volume to prospective students, appointment scheduling, and handling of telephone
Success in this position requires a person to continually drive top performance through competitive disciplined execution of the following:

Follow up on leads and set appointments
Complete college presentation with student and parent
Lock-down prospect for commitment
Ask student for referrals and maintain personally developed leads
Follow-up regularly until student starts class
Execute high volume of outbound calls

Minimum Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in education desired
Ability to work in a sales driven environment
Passion for results, solid work ethic, and a winning attitude
Excellent phone skills
BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS A MUST
