High School Presenter
Description
Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual to serve as a full-time Presenter for local high schools. The High School Presenter will assist in the development and implementation of student recruitment and outreach program designed to meet enrollment goals. The High School Presenter will report directly to the Director of Admissions.

Responsibilities
 Coordinate and devise the College’s recruitment from local high schools.
 Conduct calls to prospective students and parents as well as high schools.
 Set appointments, conduct interviews and enroll students.
 Advise students and parents of requirements for admission.
 Create a base of high school student prospects who may be interested in College’s Bachelors Degree programs.
 Program community and student events for the College.
 Assist in marketing and promotion of the College.
 Assess, respond, and relate to the needs and concerns of prospective students and parents.
 Develop constructive relationships with prospective students and their families as well as high school counselors, teachers, principals, alumni, and other constituents.
 Schedule and document visits to various events, including school sites and community display events, for entire staff.
 Write and at times present reports pertaining to outreach and recruitment activities.
 Communicate College’s admissions requirements, program offerings, basic financial aid requirements and regulations.

 Develop innovative ideas that address the needs of these and other markets to improve recruitment and outreach efforts.

Requirements
 Successful experience as a High School Presenter for an educational institution.
 Excellent oral and written skills.
 Computer literacy including experience with MS Office Software and Outlook.
 Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree; Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
