Company Overview:

All For Health, Health For All, Inc. (AFH) is a non-profit, federally qualified health center that has been providing services to low income and indigent patients of Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank and the neighboring cities since 1994. We provide acute, chronic and preventative care services to our patients, many of whom are uninsured, working adults with or without children. We have three different sites conveniently located in the heart of Glendale. We are towards the end of the process of opening up our fourth location in the city of Burbank. We are currently seeking to expand our scope of services to also provide mental, dental, pediatric, prenatal, and other specialty care services. Currently we work closely with other providers in our community and have referral agreements for those services. AFH is using the NextGen Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Salary Information:

AFH offers a competitive salary which is commensurate with experience. We also offer excellent benefits that include dual option health insurance, paid CME benefits for 3 days, paid vacation, sick, and personal leaves for up to 3 weeks.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

 Licensed in the state of California and current DEA registration.
 Experienced in primary care medical services [FQHC experience preferred].

Candidates for this position should:

 have a strong desire to make a difference in the community, and embrace a team oriented approach to care.
 must be comfortable overseeing Medical Assistants.
 be able to see 20 — 26 patients a day.
 be able to speak English, bilingual [Armenian or Spanish] desired but not mandatory.

Details:

 Full-Time [8:30am -- 5:30pm, with 1 hour lunch]
 Outpatient Only
 No Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call
