Line Cooks
* Responsible for keeping kitchen station clean and organized
* Makes food recipes by reading build charts
* Prepares food (breakfast, pasta’s, hot and cold sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts, beverages, etc.)
* Ability to understand and follow food safety procedures
* Assist with receiving deliveries and ingredients

Dishwashers
* Cleans dishes, pots and pans
* Use of chemicals (mostly sanitizers and soaps)
* Ability to understand and follow cleaning procedures
* Assist with food preparation
Cashiers
* Performs duties of cashier such as operation and cash flow, verify initial cash, and answer
phone
* Responsible for making Coffee/Tea, cooking soups, set up displays, condiment station set
up, and FOH set up
* Makes beverages, keeps FOH stocked, frosts cakes, cuts bars/brownies, empties trash at
end of shift or as required
* Assists with cleanup/ sweeping as required and mops as required
* May substitute for Expo, or bussing if needed and trained

Catering Delivery Drivers
**MUST PASS MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT**
* Reviews prep sheets for food preparation.
* Prepares food as required.
* Delivers orders as required.
* Works FOH / BOH duties as required.
* Responsible for clean up.
* Begins and completes baking/food preparation.
* Builds catering baskets.
* Makes deliveries as assigned
* Responsible for Breakfast and lunch preparation
* Works FOH or BOH as required
* Responsible for clean up duties.
* Empties trash as required
* Prepares food (soups, salads, desserts, beverages, etc.)
* Ability to understand and follow food safety procedures
* Assist with receiving deliveries and ingredients
