HR Coordinator (Pasadena/Glendale)

Publicly traded company is looking for an HR coordinator with full-cycle recruiting experience. This company needs someone who can support the Human Resources department with the following duties:
-Assisting with the coordination of training programs for staff and new hires
-Handling staff recruiting needs
-Coordinating background and reference checks
-Statistical analysis
-Managing turnover and new-hire reports
-Benefits administration
-Responsible for EEO, OSHA and VETS complianceYou must have experience handling all of the above listed duties to be considered, and additionally you must meet the following qualifications:
-3-7 years of HR Coordination experience working in an established company
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required
-Recent job stability
-A Bachelors Degree from an accredited University*All interested applicants must be able to pass an extensive background check.
