Type of Position:
Contract- Indefinite

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a contract HR Generalist. This position will consist of working 25 hour work weeks. The ideal candidate must be up to date on all California employment laws, as well as being bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Assist in updating and reorganizing of the employee files
Be the main point of contact for all employees
Assist with new hire training and performance reviews
Explain and translate HR Policies
Workers Comp

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an HR support role, with exposure to employee relations, as well as any HR function as needed to support day to day needs
Must Be Bilingual in English and Spanish to be considered
Work well in a fast paced, and ever changing environment
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Must have very solid attention to detail
