Human Resources Administrator (Murrieta, CA)

    The HR Administrator provides essential HR administrative support to include; data entry, managing the criminal background checking process, responding to unemployment claims, maintaining employee files and records in the HRIS system, managing onsite interviews, events, calendars, expense reports, and managing compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.  This individual will be the interface with employees, candidates and visitors both in person and over the phone.

    Supports the Regional HR Team in all areas of employment compliance, including:
    - following up on open I9s
    - responding to unemployment claims
    - managing reporting to ensure that associates are classified as part-time or full-time appropriately,
    - work with management to minimize vacation carryove (California Markets)
    - following up on and creating necessary documentation in regard to background checks to ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act,
    - submitting final paycheck requests and working with Payroll to ensure follow through, etc.

    Provide administrative support to the regional HR Team,including
    - data entry of all employee relations matters
    - management of the background checking process
    - scheduling interviews
    - scheduling travel for the Regional HR Team and candidates
    - managing the scanning process for associate records
    - maintaining investigative files
    - following up on issued corrective action/performance coaching documentation for files
    - following up on action plan bi-weekly statuses
    - generating offer letters

    Supports the HR Team in the communication and training of store Administrative Assistants in regard to HR initiatives.

    Assists with communicating HR initiatives (such as annual open enrollment)
