We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our team delivering exceptional, cost effective, strategic human capital services to our clients. Ideal candidates will have a consultative background HR, Training and/or Recruitment.

College degree required (Bachelors), Masters preferable.
5+ years experience as an HR Generalist at the exempt level.
Continuing Education, both formal and on-the-job, in effective Human Resources Management practices required.
Certification: PHR or SPHR required
Knowledge of and ability to apply compliant and best HR practices while delivering excellent customer/consultative service.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient and economic delivery of services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to visit customer sites as needed. Local Travel up to 20%.
Basic mathematical skills to effectively and efficiently perform mathematical computation for pricing and conducting data analysis required.
Must be familiar and proficient with basic desktop applications including email, word processing and spreadsheets. Skill with PowerPoint also desired.
