Candiate must have a strong understanding of the legal requirements of the HR processes and must be ready and able to jump in and get things done without much prompting. Needs to be able to communicate well with others as well as upper level management and is able to work independently to break down a problem to find the solution while communicating well with her manager on appropriate actions. 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience preferred, college degree preferred but not required. Position is a temp to hire opportunity.
