Human Resources Manager (Downtown Los Angeles – USC Campus)

USC Credit Union ($350 million, downtown Los Angeles) has an immediate opening for an accomplished human resources professional to lead its HR department for a six month period.
This defined-term position will end on or about August 31, 2012. Duties include the oversight of the credit union’s payroll and personnel administration programs as well as working with the management team to develop and implement new recruitment, incentive-based compensation, and employee training and development programs.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field, a minimum five (5) years financial services HR experience (preferably in a progressive credit union), and OUTSTANDING inter-personal skills.
