Whimsical Narrative, gently humorous
Set in New York, two small dogs go everywhere with their owner (girl) and have fun.

Front and back cover, inside illustrations approx 30-32
Black and whites sketches, color, and then final images
Great eye for layout is a plus
Familiarity with New York is preferable

4-5 week deadline, you will be working with author and editor

Please submit small sample of work, 5-7 drawings in a pdf

The book does have a publisher, it is a debut book.

This is a chance to build your portfolio and get published. This is an “intern” position, unpaid.
Talented students are welcome to submit work, IF you can meet a deadline.

We are looking for a fresh approach. Pictures will be provided for character development when chosen.
