Growing real estate company needs an experienced corporate and real estate paralegal. This position will be responsible for the following:

-Coordinating with outside counsel regarding various real estate and corporate matters
-Organizing legal documents
-Assisting in due diligence
-Reviewing real estate documents and other contracts

To be considered for this opportunity you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

-Experience forming and dissolving corporations
-Strong due diligence experience
-Excellent knowledge of the real estate field, lending experience is strongly preferred
-3+ years of real estate paralegal experience
-Paralegal certificate

*Experience dealing with foreclosures and distressed loans is preferred
