Large international firm is currently seeking junior and intermediate architectural designers for their Retail Environments studio. These positions will be part of a team that creates and delivers groundbreaking retail design concepts.  
 
Intermediate designer position: The ideal candidate will have between 6-8 years of experience creating cutting-edge architectural designs from concept through completion. This is a fast-paced environment that fosters growth, leadership and creativity. This is a full-time direct hire position with excellent benefits. 
 
Junior Designer position: The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience, with some shopping center / retail project experience. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
- Bachelor of Architecture degree (or higher) 
- 6 to 8 years of work experience in architectural design (4-6 for junior position) 
- Project experience in shopping center and retail design preferred 
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2010, Sketch Up and Photoshop 
- Excellent visual presentation skills; excellent 3d rendering and presentation graphics skills (please submit work samples) 
- Hand drawing capabilities also a plus 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
- Under the direction of the Design Director, take retail projects from schematic design through design development and construction documentation. For Intermediate Designer position, you will also be expected manage your own projects within the first year. 
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop graphics and presentation materials for the various design teams 
- Develop and execute design packages for submittal and review by Construction and Development teams, City Government, Tenants and Department Stores 
- Reports to Design Director
