We are looking to fill an Inside Sales and Customer Service Position.

To qualify for this position you must excel at customer service and love to sell. The end goal is to cultivate a strong base of loyal customers by providing world-class support for them.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Answering customer support tickets
• Making welcome calls to new customers
• Helping customers resolve any issues
• Sharing upsell opportunities to existing clients

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 2 Years sales in-office customer service experience with a proven track record in inside sales.
• Ability to manage an entire sales process from start to finish
• Detail oriented
• Extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and proven ability to work well with a team.

This is a full time position and the starting pay is $32k + Commissions and Bonuses with a $50k+ annual potential. After 90 days you will be eligible to receive 401k and health / dental benefits.
