JOB TITLE:
California marketing firm seeks to hire a contract Project Coordinator to interface with clients and manage the development/success of their internet campaigns.

Together they fuse creative thinking, eclectic designs, computer-generated animation, and solid business principals to deliver phenomenal works of creative expression.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an independent contractor who is adept at dealing with clients (friendly, informative, patient, polite, problem-solver, upbeat). The contractor will be required to understand the principles of web development and project management, work closely with creative professionals to drive the completion of projects, use SEO techniques and Google AdWords to promote client websites, and track the budget/expenses for projects using QuickBooks or similar financial software.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
A ideal candidate should have (1) fantastic interpersonal skills; (2) a detailed understand of web marketing and SEO; (3) experience with managing multiple projects; (4) experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks; (5) Solid writing abilities; (6) attention to detail with a low/zero tolerance for errors.
Most importantly you need to be a motivated, career-focused team-player with an attention to detail and a desire to produce for a fast-paced/growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Scheduling meetings with Rayhawk personnel to supervise and track the progress of various projects.
2. Meet weekly with Rayhawk executives to report of project progress and showcase work-in-progress.
3. Work with the relevant team members to refine/revise work and implement feedback received from Rayhawk executives.
4. Enhance the effectiveness of internet campaigns using SEO, AdWords, and other state-of-the-art online marketing techniques.
5. Be willing to continuously learn and stay current with the latest internet technologies and trends.
6. Make sure work is delivered to the company in an organized manner that consistent with Rayhawk Project Delivery Requirements.
7. Communicate project status and effectiveness to clients and receive/implement feedback.
8. Maintain accurate financial records.
9. Draft and/or edit written communications to clients and other company personnel.
10. Deliver work ON TIME!

COMPENSATION:
Starting at $12 – $15 / hour. Possibility for an increase in compensation after an annual performance review. The Company also awards personnel (including contractors) with generous bonuses based on the Company’s performance and the personnel’s relative contribution to the company’s overall success.

TIME COMMITMENT:
A minimum of 24 hours (3 days) per week.
