SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operation of fulfillment assignments, IMS and WMS, directly or through subordinate supervisors, coordinates production and warehouse activities in receiving, storage, shipping of materials and/or finished goods and maintenance of inventory control records. Must be knowledgeable of all warehouse equipment

DUTIES:

Oversees the fulfillment of all orders and assures the efficient and timely completion of all assignments
Inventory replenishment
Bin moves and adjustments
Issue and maintain cycle counts of merchandise
Train new employees
Reconcile and document inventory variance
Maintain accurate inventory levels
Project inventory levels of material supply thru the department managers
Assist to oversee all pick/pack, shipping activities on shift
Evaluate workers performance reviews, promotions and /or merit increases

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of two years experience in a fulfillment, direct marketing or other business to business or business to consumer company
Minimum of four years managerial experience
Knowledgeable of warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, strapping machines,
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
